Using Hexels 2 and Photoshop I have made all three of the Team logos.

Low Poly Portrait

I was watching random youtube videos and I stumbled across this photoshop technique called Low poly portrait. In essence it's taking the polygon lasso tool with a grid although not necessary and going around an entire photo and using blur / average blur to simplify the image into what appears to be 3d modeled geometry.
