I like your sculpting process. But the low poly modelling looks exhausting. Also, there are tons of geometry in there (more than needed, I think). Dont you use stuff like MaxRetopo? I have never used Topogun, but I think they share the same idea. Also, I think the albedo is too noisy, and your sculpt will be eclipsed by it. Let your normal do the work!
I have used retopo programs in the past, I didn't think there where free ones out there. Thanks for heads up DLing now. I left it with such high topo for a bake and I went in and got rid of geo after the bake. I agree about the noisiness but I have it set up to use a gradient map in UDK so I can go in and fix that pretty easily.
